Allies can contribute by actively participating in our events, workshops, and discussions to better understand the challenges faced by people from the global majority. Sharing resources, offering support in personal and professional development, and advocating for equitable practices within your own networks are impactful ways to contribute.

Not at present, there are nominal annual non-mandatory contributions, which contribute to the resources, events, and programs we offer. For specific details, please refer to our membership information page.

The Jabali Men’s Network offers a range of activities designed to foster understanding and collaboration, including workshops on anti-racism, leadership development programs, networking events, and collaborative projects focused on creating systemic change. These activities are designed to educate and empower allies to become effective agents of change.

Our public facing events are open to allies, as they provide a platform for learning and support, there may be specific sessions or discussions ring-fenced to allow for the therapeutic sharing of personal experiences and challenges. We appreciate allies respecting these boundaries and encourage participation in the many inclusive events we offer.

The Jabali Men’s Network is committed to creating a balanced environment where all voices are heard and valued. Allies are encouraged to adopt a listening-first approach, seeking to understand and amplify the voices of the Jababli members rather than speaking over them. We provide support and cultural training to allies to ensure their contributions are supportive and effective, fostering a culture of mutual respect and understanding.
